Canadian Callanetics Exercise Program
Tuesday and Thursdays 5:15-6:15 pm
Canadian Callanetics is a very unique, powerful Body Sculpting Exercise Program which incorporates the grace and fluidity of Ballet with the mind/body synergy of Yoga. The class is suitable for all ages, genders and fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. The small classes enables the instructor to help each participant perfect the techniques for maximum effectiveness and to adjust positioning so that muscle strengthening is progressive. Modifications can be made to suit participants who have existing injuries or conditions. No equipment is required. Participants wear clothes that are comfortable so they can move freely. We do not wear shoes during class - you can wear socks or go barefoot, whichever you are comfortable with.
