Quite concerned about the development permit 1570 at 934 5 Ave. NE. The notice simply states that it is for a “Single detached dwelling” – as did the new build next door that continued growing and growing to 4 stories!! – on a mostly single story street. I would like to see the height included with more detail on the notice from the city. Its too late for the house (apartment building) already there. But I strenuously object to the 3 story flattops going up all over our neighbourhood – should be restricted to 2 stories if they are going flat top. What can be done to take this objection further?
